The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with the original box and tags intact.

Once your exchange request is approved, our team will share the return address.

Customers are required to send the parcel back via any courier service within Pakistan at their own expense.

If exchanging for another article, the exchange will be subject to product availability. Any price difference will be communicated and settled accordingly.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if the customer receives a damaged, defective, or broken footwear item.
